Gothenburg Health is excited to announce a series of new features designed to improve the patient account experience. With a fresh new look for statements and a revamped online portal, managing healthcare payments has never been easier.
The newly designed statements provide a clear and modern presentation, ensuring that all information is trustworthy and easy to understand. Patients will notice the changes starting Aug. 5 but can rest assured that their account details remain accurate and secure.
A major highlight of the updates is the new online payment portal. Accessible 24/7, this portal allows patients to view all their hospital bills in one convenient location. The portal provides detailed visibility into payment history and outstanding balances. To make a payment, patients simply need their guarantor or visit number and the patient’s date of birth. This streamlined process makes managing medical bills straightforward and efficient.
Patients now have multiple payment options to choose from. In addition to the online portal, payments can be made by phone or by scanning a QR code. Gothenburg Health has also introduced the option for patients to receive text notifications about their bills, adding another layer of convenience.
One of the standout features of these enhancements is the local support provided. When patients call with billing inquiries, they will speak directly with staff members at Gothenburg Health. This ensures a personalized and familiar touch, maintaining the high level of service that patients have come to expect.
