Delay to Save is a free, six-week course that focuses on lifestyle modifications to prevent of delay the onset of Type II diabetes. 

This class is for individuals with pre-diabetes as well as family members and caretakers of those with pre-diabetes. The class is led by a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist registered nurses, a registered dietician, and a wellness coordinator.

Classes will be on Thursdays from 4 - 5 PM on October 13th, 20th, 27th and November 3rd, 10th, 17th.
