Freedom From Smoking

Freedom from Smoking is a seven week course that focuses on preparing for quit day and practicing being a non-smoker.

This class is for participants who are looking to cease smoking or using tobacco. Taught by registered nurses who are trained through the American Lung Association, the class meets in a group setting to provide support from others who are working to quit alongside you. During “Quit Week” the participants will meet twice, otherwise they meet weekly but also have access to phone support.
 
Classes are on Tuesday from 4 - 5 PM on October 4th, 11th, 18th, 15th, 27th, November 1st, 8th, 15th.
